Because each portrait is custom-made and we limit the number of portraits we accept each day, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
As soon as your order is confirmed, our artists begin preparing your piece, which means time and resources are immediately dedicated to your portrait. For this reason, all sales are final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your portrait arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@lovurpet.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Our customer support team will review your case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
